Across bridge: is a $10,000 transfer worth the risk?

Close the decision with evidence, not optimism

Approve the transfer when the recipient, chain, asset, amount, and all-in quote match the payment record. Then treat completion as proven only when the Base wallet shows the intended USDC balance and the recipient acknowledges receipt. In this case, the bridge earns its place because it replaces a slow, opaque workaround with a priceable choice tied to a concrete deadline.
